Applications

Mesotrione will be applied pre- and post-emergence through ground or aerial application equipment. Mesotrione has herbicidal activity against broadleaf weeds. Its efficacy is the result of the inhibition of the enzyme 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) enzyme in target plants. Following treatment, in sensitive plants carotenoid biosynthesis is disrupted in the chlorophyll pathway, resulting in a bleaching effect.

S-Metolachlor  can control annual grasses and some broad-leaved weeds in maize, sorghum, cotton, sugar beet, fodder beet, sugar cane, potatoes, peanuts, soya beans, safflowers, sunflowers, various vegetables, fruit and nut trees, and woody ornamentals. Applied pre-emergence, pre-plant incorporated or early post-emergence, at 1.0-2.5 kg/ha. Often used in combination with broad-leaved herbicides, to extend the spectrum of activity.

Terbuthylazine can control most of weeds. The dosage is 80-120g/mu in kaoliang field during PRO-bud. It can control the weeds in orange, sweet scorn and grape. Mixed with terbumeton, it can control the weeds in apple, orange and apple. It can control the broadleaf weeds in winter or spring cereal crop field.
