Applications
Benzisothiazolinone is a new, broad-spectrum fungicide, which is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of cucumber downy mildew, apple scab, citrus anthracnose, tomato late blight and potato late blight, tobacco downy mildew, grape black pox and other bacterial and fungal diseases. Its bactericidal mechanism mainly includes destroying the nuclear structure of bacteria, causing them to lose their heart parts and collapse and death, and interfering with the metabolism of bacteria cells, causing their physiological disorders, and eventually leading to death.
