Description:
Appearance: White crystal without odour.
Melting Point: 91-94° C.
Vapour Pressure: 0.0133 m PA at 20° C.
Stability: Solubility in water 0.7mg/L, and in methyl or ethyl is 100g/l; In cyclohexane is 200g/l; In acetone is 600g/l; In benzene, chloroform, dimethyl benzene is 1000g/l.
Toxicity: Oral LD50 8000 mg/kg, dermal LD50 ( rabbits) is greater than 8000 mg/kg, acute in halation LC50>200mg/l. Subacute toxicity (rat): No effect level is 1000mg/kg/d, Chronic toxicity to rat no effect level is 25mg/kg/d; Dog is 15mg/kg/d.
Specification: 95%TC, 12%EC, 25%EC.
Uses: Oxadiazon is a selective, peremergent herbicide for control of many annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in turf and on a wide variety of woody ornamental shrubs, vines and trees. It controls weeds by killin the young weed seedlings as they come in contact with herbicide during germination.
