Cyantraniliprole can prevent and control dozens of pests such as tobacco whitefly, white whitefly, stem borer, three stem borer, thrips, aphids, American leaf miner, bean pod borer, melon silk borer, cotton bollworm, beet armyworm, cabbage worm, etc. It can also prevent and control underground pests such as grubs, ground tigers, and armyworms, especially with special effects on pests such as thrips, aphids, spot miners, tobacco whiteflies, and whiteflies.
Thiamethoxam is a broad spectrum neonicotinoid insecticide.Dilution and Seed Treatment:
Use the recommended dosage and add water not exceeding 1/50th of the seed weight (i.e., 0.8-2.0 liters of water per 100 kg of dry seeds). Dilute the product and mix thoroughly with the seeds until the liquid is evenly distributed on the seed surface. Allow the seeds to dry before use.
Seed Quality:
Seeds to be treated must meet national standards for certified seeds.
Preparation and Usage:
Prepared liquid should be used within 24 hours to avoid sedimentation, which may affect efficacy.
Safety Testing:
For large-scale application on newly registered crop varieties, conduct small-scale safety tests first.
This product contains three active ingredients: Thiamethoxam, Cyantraniliprole and Metalaxyl.
Thiamethoxam (a neonicotinoid insecticide) has systemic and translaminar properties, providing both stomach and contact action. It is effective against piercing-sucking pests and Coleoptera.
Cyantraniliprole (a diamide insecticide) activates the ryanodine receptors in target pests, causing muscle paralysis and death. It is highly effective against Lepidoptera and also shows activity against piercing-sucking pests.
Metalaxyl is an endogamous fungicide, which is transmitted through the seed coat to all parts of the plant with seed germination and seedling growth.
These active ingredients are absorbed by the roots and rapidly translocated throughout the plant, providing effective control against soil-dwelling pests (e.g., wireworms) and above-ground pests (e.g., thrips and cutworms).
Storage:
Store under lock and key, away from children, unauthorized personnel, and animals.
Safety During Use:
Follow pesticide safety guidelines. Avoid skin and eye contact, inhalation, and contamination of clothing during seed treatment.
Operators should wash hands and face before use. Prepare and treat seeds in a well-ventilated area while wearing nitrile rubber gloves, a face shield, long-sleeved clothing, long pants, and waterproof boots. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during handling.
After treatment, thoroughly clean protective equipment, shower, and wash work clothes separately from regular laundry.
Dust Control:
Minimize dust during application, packaging, and sowing. Use a pneumatic planter with a deflector plate.
Treated Seed Handling:
Store treated seeds in clearly labeled containers. Do not mix with food, feed, or use for processing feed or food. Keep unauthorized personnel and animals away from treated seeds.
After sowing, cover seeds with soil and prevent access by livestock.
Resistance Management:
This product contains IRAC Group 28 and Group 4A compounds. To prevent resistance, alternate or rotate with insecticides having different modes of action for subsequent pest generations.
The cumulative effective control period of these compounds should not exceed 50% of the crop's growth cycle.
Disposal:
Dispose of used aluminum foil bags by taking them away from the field and incinerating them at a certified facility. Rinse other types of containers three times with water before proper disposal. Do not reuse or repurpose containers.
Clean all application equipment with water or detergent immediately after use.
Environmental Protection:
Toxic to bees and other pollinators. Avoid sowing near areas where natural enemies (e.g., Trichogramma) are released or near beehives. Prevent dust from treated seeds from contaminating flowering plants, hedges, or crops.
Toxic to aquatic organisms. Do not dispose of the product or its waste in ponds, rivers, lakes, or other water bodies. Do not clean application equipment in water sources.
Storage of Unused Product:
Store unused product in its original sealed packaging. Do not store in food or drink containers.
Special Precautions:
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid contact with this product.
For optimal efficacy, combine seed treatment with foliar sprays based on pest severity.
