Application
Application crops: fruit trees, vegetables, rice, cotton, tobacco, cabbage, radish, etc. as well as ornamental crops, flowers, etc.
Target pest: diamondback moth, worm moth, thrips, cotton bollworm, rice leaf folder, leaf miner, etc.
Use: the use of triflumetofen dosage varies depending on the crop and pest species. Generally, using 10.5% triflumetofen emulsion 750~1050ml/ha against cabbage diamondback moth has good control effect. It is recommended to use triflumetofen during the egg hatching peak to the third instar larval stage of pests to achieve the best control effect.
Toxicity: The acute oral and dermal LD50 of triflumizole original drug for male and female rats are all greater than 5000 mg/kg, and the acute inhalation LC50 (4h) for rats is greater than 2.01 mg/L. The eye conjunctiva of rabbits has mild irritation, and the skin has no irritation. The results of the skin sensitization (allergic) test for guinea pigs are positive. The maximum no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) for a 90-day subchronic feeding test in rats is 5.56 mg/kg/day for males and 6.45 mg/kg/day for females. The results of the mutagenicity tests, including the Ames test, mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mammalian cell gene mutation test, and rat non-programmed DNA synthesis test, are all negative. The in vitro mammalian cell chromosome aberration test is weakly positive, but no mutagenic effects were observed. The LD50 of triflumizole 100 g/L emulsion for male and female rats is greater than 2000 mg/kg for both oral and dermal exposure; the acute inhalation LC50 is greater than 1.49 mg/L; the eyes and skin of rabbits have mild irritation; the results of the skin sensitization (allergic) test for guinea pigs are negative.
