Applications

Uses: Teflubenzuron is used to control a wide range of insect pests and mites in fruit, vegetable, cereal and seed crops. It is also occasionally used to control sealice infestations in salmon. Teflubenzuron works by interfering with the synthesis of insect chitin, which is essential to their growth and development.
