Applications

Deltamethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that kills insects on contact and through digestion. It is used to control apple and pear suckers, plum fruit moth, caterpillars on brassicas, pea moth, aphids (apples, plums, hops), winter moth (apples and plums), codling and tortrix moths (apples). Control of aphids, mealy bugs, scale insects, and whitefly on glasshouse cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, potted plants, and ornamentals. It also controls numerous insect pests of field crops.
 
Lufenuron is a lipophilic benzoylurea insecticide and a chitin synthesis inhibitor that can used for flea and fish lice control. Lufenuron inhibits moulting of arthropods.
 

Technical Requirements for Use:

1. The optimal application period for this product is from the peak egg-hatching stage to the early larval stage of the beet armyworm on spinach. Apply once, ensuring thorough and even spraying to guarantee efficacy.

2. Do not apply during windy conditions or if rainfall is expected within 1 hour.

3. The safety interval for use on spinach is 5 days, with a maximum of 1 application per crop season.

Product Performance:
This product is an insecticide composed of lufenuron and deltamethrin. Deltamethrin kills pests by modulating sodium ion channels in insects, causing neurotoxicity. Lufenuron kills pests by acting on insect larvae and inhibiting the molting process, with both stomach and contact poisoning effects. When used at the registered dosage, it provides effective control against the beet armyworm on spinach.

Precautions:

1. Strictly follow the recommended dosage and application method.

2. Rotate with insecticides of different mechanisms to delay resistance development.

3. This product is toxic to bees, fish, silkworms, and water fleas. Avoid use near aquaculture areas, rivers, ponds, or other water bodies. Do not clean application equipment in such water bodies. Do not use during the flowering period of nearby plants, and closely monitor the impact on nearby bee colonies. Avoid use near silkworm rearing areas, mulberry fields, or areas where natural enemies like Trichogramma are released.

4. This product is moderately irritating to the eyes. Wear long sleeves, pants, hats, masks, gloves, and shoes during application. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during application. Wash hands, face, and clothing promptly after application.

5. Dispose of packaging and used containers properly. Do not repurpose or discard them arbitrarily.

6. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid contact with this product.

First Aid Measures for Poisoning:
If discomfort occurs during or after use, stop working immediately, take first aid measures, and bring the product label to the hospital.

• Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing, wipe off the pesticide with a soft cloth, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and soap.

• Eye contact: Rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes.

• Ingestion: Stop intake immediately, rinse the mouth thoroughly with water, and bring the pesticide label to the hospital.

Storage and Transportation Methods:
Store in a dry, cool, ventilated, and rain-proof place, away from fire or heat sources. Keep out of reach of children, unauthorized personnel, and animals, and store under lock. Do not store or transport with food, seeds, beverages, feed, grains, or other commodities.
